Domestic Shipping +

  • We're now based in Taiwan and we use Chunghwa Post (Taiwan Local Post Office). Shipping within Taiwan costs USD 2.5 for all orders.

Do you ship internationally? +

  • Yes! We ship worldwide! The shipping cost will vary depending on destination, product size and weight. Charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. For the shipping method, you may choose from normal airmail and EMS.

    *Please note that buyer will be responsible for any customs fees and charges that are applied by their country to imports.

When will I receive my order? +

  • Your orders will be shipped within 5-8 business days once the order being received and confirmed. Once your order is shipped, we will send you a shipping notification email with tracking information.

Shipping within Taiwan generally takes 2-3 working days to arrive Shipping internationally with normal airmail generally takes 10-20 working days to arrive. For EMS, it will take 2-5 working days to arrive.

    *Please note that the above shipping times are estimated by Chunghwa Post only. All orders may be subject to delays as a result of different postal systems.

I haven't received my order! +

  • If your haven’t received your order within 21 business days, please contact us at info@dawningcrow.com together with your name and order number.

    Please also note that Dawning Crow cannot be held responsible if damage or loss occurs after parcel is dropped off at the postal office. To avoid the problem listed above, you may choose EMS as the shipping method.

How do I cancel an order? +

  • If you want to cancel an order, please contact us at info@dawningcrow.com less than 12 hours after the order has been placed. We cannot cancel orders once they've already shipped.

How to handle with damaged/ faulty item? +

  • If you receive damaged or faulty item(s), please contact us immediately at info@dawningcrow.com with your order number together with a photograph to illustrate the problem. Please note that return request must be raised via email within 7 days after you received the order.

You may either choose to have refund or to get a new one. If you prefer a refund, the amount, minus the original shipping cost, will be transferred back to the original form of payment. The refund will be processed within 5-10 working days of cancellation, depending upon the bank or credit card company.

How do I exchange an item? +

  • Please contact us at info@dawningcrow.com if you want to exchange an item. Please note that you will be responsible for the shipping cost of returning the item. Only item of the same category will be eligible for an exchange.If the item is no longer available, we will issue a full refund.

本地運送 +

  • 我們總部目前設在台灣,所有郵件均以中華郵政運送喔。台灣本島之郵費一律為USD 2.5。
  • 可以從海外下單嗎? +

  • 可以喔!我們非常歡迎海外訂單!

    有關運費會依據地區、商品大小、以及重量來計算。實際運費會在結帳頁面顯示。

  • *請注意若領取包裹時貴國欲收取商品之關稅,需由買家自行負擔喔。

    需要多久才收到郵件? +

  • 訂單將於5-8個工作內寄出。當商品寄出後,我們將發送「已出貨通知」致您的電郵,當中包含追蹤編號供您隨時查詢郵件運送狀況。
      台灣與香港一般2-3個工作天送達。
      海外一般10-20個工作天送達。

    *請注意上述運送時間是依據中華郵政所提供之資料預計。運送時間有可能會由於其他因素而受影響。

  • 我的郵件不見了! +

  • 如果您在收到「已出貨通知」後的21個工作天仍未收到商品,請連同您的訂單編號連絡我們。

    一旦貨品交往運輸公司,Dawning Crow將無法承擔任何在運送過程中發生的意外狀況,包括但不限於損壞與遺失。為避免上述情況,可選用EMS作為運送方式。

  • 下單後可以取消訂單嗎? +

  • 如果您想要取消訂單,請於下單後12小時以內以電郵連絡我們。一旦訂單寄出將不能取消。
  • 如果收到瑕疵品/錯誤商品要怎麼辦呢 +

  • 假如收到有瑕疵或錯誤的貨品,請連同訂單編號以及貨品照片電郵致info@dawningcrow.com。請於收到商品後7天內經電郵與我們提出退換貨申請。

    您可以選擇退款或讓我們重寄。如選擇退款,退款總額將扣除運費,退還致您所付款之銀行或信用卡公司。一般需要5-10個工作天來完成退款程序,實際日數可能會依據銀行而有所不同。

    如您選擇重寄,除非是由我方造成的失誤,買家均需要再繳付運費。

  • 收到後我可以作更換嗎? +

  • 如果需要交換商品,請電郵與我們聯絡。請注意買家需要負責所有郵遞以及包裝費用喔!而換貨內容只限於同類型產品。如果該貨品已售罄導致無法提供換貨,我們將會以退款處理。
